I have only ordered from Military Fasteners once so far, but I can't even express how happy I was with our order. As a purchasing manager who deals with government contracts (and the strict requirements that come with them), I was beyond thrilled with the flawless paperwork that was provided (free of charge) with the products we ordered. Lindsey was a peach to interact with, and we received our order next day; one of the perks of having a warehouse close by. I am very much so looking forward to to ordering from them again! I was looking for hard to find parts for a safety critical application. The first couple of places I tried had the part on their web page but when I tried to order it they said, sorry, they did not actually have the parts. I called Military Fasteners. Talked to an employee without delay. She looked up the part number, told me who manufactured them (important), where the company is located (very important) and shipped the parts immediately from their own inventory. Super nice, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. They get it.

Year in and year out - your staff is excellent, attentive, and spectacular. My last order I forgot an item, and called in to have it added. Sure enough there it is in the box, just as requested. Customer service is always fantastic. Keep up the good work!
